Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, surrounded by restaurants and shops, Toronto Escape’s Sapphire Suite – located at Bay St. & Dundas St. offers an indoor pool and a fitness centre. This self-catering accommodation features free WiFi, cable TV and a balcony. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

Modernly decorated, this fully furnished 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment consists of an open-plan living room and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. A flat-screen TV, air conditioning, linens, towels, washer/dryer and a hairdryer in the bathroom are also included. A sofa bed is also located in the living area for additional guests. An underground parking spot is also available with the suite.

Toronto Escape’s Sapphire Suite is conveniently situated across the street from Toronto Eaton Centre. Both the University of Toronto and Ryerson University are a 8 minute walk away. Toronto Pearson International Airport can be found at a distance of 29.3 km.

Yonge St. is less than a 1 minute walk away, with access to the Dundas St. Subway station and the Dundas St. and Bay St. TTC bus located just outside of the building.

Sick Kids, Toronto General, Mount Sinai and Women’s College Hospitals are within a 5 minute walk.

A Longo’s supermarket is located on the ground floor of the building and Starbucks is located right next door to start your early morning adventures.

Key Pick Up

Our Key pick up time will be arranged during our communication with you. The keys will be picked up at our head office conveniently located as you enter the city at 22 Capreol Court. It is located off of Spadina Ave. as you enter the downtown Toronto Corridor.

“Perfect Location!”

My husband, myself our daughter and granddaughter (19 months old) stayed here in August the location is ideal right in the centre of Toronto just a block away from Dundas Square, the Eaton Centre & TTC (the “tube”) the apartment is very clean, modern, well fitted out and provides so much more space than a hotel room with the added convenience of a full kitchen, washer dryer, etc. We knew we would not be going out of Toronto so for this trip we didn’t even hire a car – it was so easy to get around from here The area has shops, bars, restaurants but is not rowdy at all. The building has two nice gyms and a great indoor pool – the owner was great – our deposit was returned immediately and he was helpful and easy to deal with. If we ever return to Toronto I would book this apartment straight away

“Great place, great location!”

Our stay was just perfect in Toronto: the condo was comfortable (very good mattress!), well located downtown. The roof terrace was a nice plus (great view + barbecue place) and the kids loved the pool.

All communication with Daniel, the owner, were fast, simple & easy.

“An incredible location with incredible accessibility.”

I did not realize how ideal of a location this place was until my wife and I arrived. Daniel greeted us at the front of the building and showed us right into our parking location. He was courteous and informative, giving us a tour of the entire building from the pool and gym to the rooftop terrace (beautiful view, especially during thunderstorms).

This condo is literally right in the middle of everything. One block over is the Eaton Centre, the CN Tower is just about a twenty minute walk, Chinatown, Little Italy, Little Portugal is just a short walk over to the west, and the University of Toronto’s beautiful buildings display themselves with grandeur just up north. There is The Market just directly downstairs (as well as other larger grocery stores just down the street). Restaurants line the roads you are on, so there’s no chance of not finding anything to eat Museums can be found any which way you want to go. In short, if you want to go anywhere within Toronto, this is the ideal starting place. It is so ideal that my wife and I only used the public transit once during our entire 9-day stay, and once only so we would not arrive at our location somewhat sweaty (we walked back).

The place itself was very nice! There was a great outdoor patio.

The Kitchen was well equipped with a George Foreman grill, lovely plates and silverware, and we were able to spend about half of our meals eating at home. It was lovely!

There was also provided a washer/dryer combination machine. It was very nice to be able to clean the sheets and towels during the week.

In short, a highly recommended place and would definitely go again! •
